Small, vibrant, and growing interactive agency is looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Business Analyst with relevant experience managing the discovery, design and development of content management and eCommerce websites for mid market clients. This role has high visibility within the company and with our clients. This project manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the projects which range typically from 2 to 8 months. Often the projects have a significant software engineering component. This role will not only set the project plan, and manage client expectations, but will also take the lead on the requirements engineering, in discovery phases and ultimately will see the project through to QA and delivery. This is a small environment, and the right person will be able to wear multiple hats, and enjoy a fast paced agency environment, where they will have a significant direct impact on the bottom line.
Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for delivery of existing and new client engagements.
Develop and implement project plans, working closely with designers, software and support teams.
Develop business and functional requirements, wireframes, information architectures and coordinate design.

Keep track of the projects and ultimately take on complete ownership from a technical, look and feel and quality perspective.
Masterfully maintain MSFT Project timelines, Excel cost containment sheets, Visio documents that convey your ideas, etc.
Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead customer maintenance and support process.
Skills and Requirements- Minimum 7 years experience in project management and interactive industry. Experience with agency preferred. Ability to work at CIO/CMO level.
- Reputation for helping clients and successfully managing client relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be a negotiator, mediator.
- Proven and extensive knowledge of current web technologies and standards.
- Ability to keep projects on time and in scope. Manage clients and internal teams to achieve milestones.
- Ability to manage not only timelines, but budgets.
- Familiarity with web programming, systems integration and software engineering.
- Knowledge of web analytics, current trends in usability and KPI definition.
- Programming and SEO/SEM background is a big plus.
- Experience in project management methodologies and quality management. Experience and results mean more than certifications.
