Web Graphic Designer
We are seeking a staff graphic designer to be a primary creative force for the firm. Our clients expect us to provide unique Web designs that explode from the screen. If you are a self-starting, highly productive and collaborative Web graphic designer, we have a job for you!
This position reports to the Vice President, Creative Director and works closely with the Director, Programming. Includes significant client contact and project management responsibilities. Candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Must have proven Web design and online marketing experience (broadcast eMails, newsletters, blogs, etc.) with a variety of clients.
Candidate must be expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (knowledge of action script a plus) and experienced designing for CSS. Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver a plus.

Web Production Assistant
We are seeking a Web production assistant to work with our design, programming and editorial staff in nearly every phase of Web development. If you are a self-starter and combine good language skills with Web programming aptitude, we have a job for you!
As a Web Production Assistant, you will work with project teams to develop and update client Web sites. Job includes some client contact and project management responsibilities. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in Web production. Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop are a must. Experience with Dreamweaver, Flash, are a plus.

Project Manager
Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of projects that support client objectives and expectations. They consult with clients and create project plans so that client objectives and delivery dates are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with client to gather, formulate and communicate system requirements based on client's business needs
- Define and develop business and system specifications and requirement documents
- Facilitate walkthroughs of requirements and/or design documents with customers and project team members
- Work with marketing, graphics and usability specialists to specify Web page designs
- Coordinate team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis
- Have day-to-day contacts and close working relationships with clients and internal sales and account managers
- Provide current and accurate project information to assist with resource planning and revenue management
- Work with technical staff to research data interfaces, specify object models and page variability
- Conduct quality assurance. Support integration, system and acceptance testing processes
Qualifications:
The candidate will possess a well-documented relationship management background. Must have 3-5 years technical knowledge of web development, ability to manage teams with diverse skill sets and excellent communication skills to interface with clients.
Plus: Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), eCommerce applications, eMarketing strategies and implementation.
