Joel Macaluso, CEO

Before launching Tihuma with Chuck and John, Joel was the Senior Vice President of Product Development for Zeta Interactive (formally DigitalGrit). While there, Joel built a real-time social media search engine called RelevantNoise and an enterprise-level online marketing management application named InsightGrit. Joel has also served as the Director of Internet Technology for Hanover Direct, a consumer goods catalog company, the CTO of RelevantNoise, and a Managing Consultant of AverCom.

Chuck Titone, C0O & Vice President, Business Development

Chuck Titone has 25-years of hands-on professional service, project management, and consulting experience. He served as VP of Design and Development at Zeta Interactive and DigitalGrit. Previously he held positions at Ciber, Logical Design Solutions, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and KPMG. Chuck has extensive experience building and managing world-class client services organizations that have generated more than $16 million in revenue annually.

 

John Huffstutler, CIO & Vice President, Client Services

John brings more than 18 years of technical and IT management experience spanning multiple industry verticals. He worked with industry leaders such as EDS, Alliance Capital, CBS Television and Ventiv Health. Prior to co-founding Tihuma, John was in charge of Global Technical Operations at Zeta Interactive, managing technical teams in the US and India.

 

Michelle Cameron, Vice President, Creative Director

Michelle has been a senior member of the iMedia team for more than a decade. She has led the creative effort on most of IMA’s award winning projects, including  NYC Ballet, Bard, Genta, Abrams Books, Rutgers NCRC, TeenFitFX (Atlantic Health Systems), Juilliard and Mr. Steam. A published author, Michelle is also a skilled editor who has been involved in print-to-online content efforts since the early days of the online arena.


Michelle came to iMedia from Logical Design Solutions, where she was Director of Design Services, overseeing the activities of content, graphics, usability, and Web production groups. She was a senior technical editor at Baynan Systems, and worked in editorial positions at Radcliffe College. She served as creative producer, editor, and writer for a wide variety of corporate clients, including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Aetna US Healthcare, KPMG, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.

 

Brian McGovern, Director of Development

Brian takes the lead on engineering and programming iMedia applications. Brian is a software engineer with more than 14 years of experience. He directs the programming and implementation of eCommerce and Service Oriented Software for iMedia clients such as New York City Ballet, Myron, Boston Ballet, Eli Zabar, and Dance Factory Outlet. In leading the software integration efforts for New York City Ballet, as well as Boston Ballet, he has gained valuable experience in box office management and CRM platform, Tessitura.


Brian is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and spent most of the previous eight years working for Logical Design Solutions. At LDS he was responsible for writing and designing enterprise self service portals written for varied platforms including BEA, and SAP using various languages JAVA, ASP.NET, PHP, PERL, SQL, ASP, HTML, JavaScript and XML for clients such as R.R. Donnelley, GlaxoSmithKline, Schering Plough, Lucent Technologies, Philip Morris, Verizon, Salomon Smith Barney, AT&T and M&M Mars.
