The Grato Restaurant is the newest of the NJ-based Harvest Restaurants. This restaurant group began in 1996 with the opening of Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery. Harvest Restaurants has grown to seven unique concepts in Northern New Jersey. Their commitment to quality, service and consistency has earned them a well-respected reputation. Each of their restaurants are stylish, featuring seasonal menus and ever-changing wine offerings.
The Grato Restaurant, located next door to its sister restaurant, the Tabor Road Tavern in Morris Plains, offers lunch and dinner selections in an exquisite setting. The IMA-designed Web site was created in Flash to take advantage of the extraordinary selection of images showcasing the restaurant setting and menu choices.
“We want the site visitor to get a taste for the dining experience they will enjoy at Grato,” said Sally Muscarella, President of Interactive Media Associates. “We used design elements and slideshow images to feature dishes and dining at Grato.”
The site includes restaurant reviews, the ability for site visitors to sign up for email updates and restaurant promotions, directions from Google Maps, and, of course, lunch, dinner, dessert, and wine menus. In addition, there is a link to the Harvest Restaurant group video, which gives the visitor a behind-the-scenes look at what makes these restaurants unique.
