Through iMedia’s hosting facility, we host sites without either strict disk space or bandwidth limitations. We work with you to custom-build a hosting solution that meets your business needs. Our hosting services are colocated in the Class One network operations center of NetAccess, a Network Operations Center (NOC). This world-class backbone includes redundant routing, dedicated cooling systems, a redundant backup diesel power supply, and biometric facility access.

The network is monitored 24/7, with systems checked every three minutes. iMedia offers online support Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Off hours, on weekends and holidays, we monitor via email and pager, and are instantly alerted in case of an outage or critical issue.

Our clients report excellent satisfaction with our hosting, and we are proud of our 99.9% uptime.
Your data is protected by virus scan software as well as redundant SonicWALL firewalls. Our data backup systems include nightly backups which are stored onsite, as well as weekly backups to tape, stored offsite.
