Tessitura Integrations
IMA’s unique
Enterprise Performing Arts Framework uses a service oriented model providing a scalable solution for arts organizations. By integrating an enterprise eCommerce platform with existing content management and the Tessitura ticketing system’s box office assets, IMA provided a solution that enabled their Tessitura clients such as New York City Ballet and Boston Ballet to save time, cut costs, increase revenue, improve reliability and create a seamless user experience. This integrated solution utilizes the strengths of each service application, resulting in a robust, flexible platform. Organizations can choose which eCommerce, CMS, and other tools they want to incorporate in their Tessitura integration, without needing to take a one-platform-fits-all approach.
IMA’s Tessitura clients, such as
New York City Ballet, can sell, within a single shopping cart, performances, gift shop items, subscriptions, memberships, and gift cards, as well as downloadable video and audio clips. The presentation is seamless, maintaining a unified look-and-feel from content page to shopping aisle to checkout. Marketing staff can add content to ticketing screens as well as add content using the CMS of their choice. Complex, customized packages, such as “Build Your Own Subscription,” can be sold online while non-ticketing items can be quickly and cost-effectively developed within the Tessitura Web API. Conversions, revenue and overall customer satisfaction are increased by the highly intuitive user interface. IMA’s strong and reliable framework easily adapts to ongoing market demand and is ready to grow as the organization does.
