The redesign centered on making ticket-buying intuitive and immersive. iMedia reimagined the site to guide both first-time visitors and seasoned patrons through a seamless path to purchase, with clear content and streamlined navigation. Every design choice emphasized the connection between patrons and their seats, setting the stage for SeatMe to transform ticketing from a transaction into an experience that mirrors the excitement of attending a live performance.

SeatMe – 3D Immersive SYOS

SeatMe turned choosing a seat into an engaging, interactive experience. Patrons can now explore realistic, from-the-seat 3D views across devices, removing uncertainty and enhancing confidence in their choices. Accessibility and sensory-friendly options ensure everyone can participate, while subscription and exchange features give loyal audiences full control. With SeatMe, buying a ticket became more than a purchase—it became the first act of the performance itself.

Web Development

Kentico provides the foundation for a smooth, dynamic experience that complements SeatMe. The flexible CMS allows LA Opera staff to easily update performances, launch campaigns, and personalize content, ensuring the immersive seat selection is paired with relevant, engaging information. The combination of SeatMe and a responsive, modern CMS makes the site a fully integrated digital “front of house.”

Tessitura Integration

By integrating Tessitura, iMedia ensured that SeatMe’s immersive seat selection could be part of a fully personalized experience. Patrons receive tailored recommendations, upsells, and subscription options based on their preferences and history, making each visit to the site feel curated.
