iMedia heads to INTIX 2023

We are just a few days away from the 2023 INTIX Annual Conference & Exhibition. This year in Seattle, Washington from January 24-26th, the conference will be celebrating its 44th year and is going back to full in-person. INTIX gathers together professionals within the ticketing and event space looking to learn the lasted industry innovations and insights, as well as being a great opportunity to network with likeminded enthusiasts. INTIX describes the conference as the place to be for “the innovations, skills, people, products and services that are driving the future of live entertainment ticketing.”

iMedia is looking forward to exhibiting at this year’s show in the Exhibitor Kiosk section at Kiosk #10. Come stop by and say hello to our team as we will be showcasing some of our latest work within the performing arts industry with clients like Segerstrom Center for the Arts and demoing our app, SeatMe.

SeatMe, is the first 3D Select-Your-Own-Seat application by iMedia and powered by 3D Digital Venue, that delivers stunning virtual seat shopping for Tessitura clients. Using SeatMe, 3D virtual seat selection experiences yield higher ticket sales through more informed customer-decision making. For a closer look at it in action, click here for more information.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts launched in the fall of 2022. Looking for a visual and technological refresh, the Segerstrom Center for the Arts (SCFTA) tasked iMedia with the challenge to re-imagine SCFTAs digital experience.  Through theatrical productions, music, educational programs, dance instruction, community and children’s entertainment, the SCFTA delights audiences across the country and needed a world class digital experience to better represent the brand and reduce the friction its old experience presented in the ticket buying process.  iMedia redesigned the site and rebuilt it using Kentico Experience 13 MVC. The site also integrates with Tessitura and SeatMe to create truly powerful user experience. Using SeatMe as the seat selection product allowed patrons to have a 3D Virtual Reality seating experience where they could look around the entire theater from each seat as they consider a purchase.
