Hisense, one of the largest TV manufacturers in the world, needed a direct to consumer digital channel for its TV product line. The goal was to create a platform for these new sales that would expand the reach of and help scale the organization as it included other SKUs across its multiple brands.
In order to deliver a world class shopping experience that was expected of the brand, Hisense required a platform that was not only fast and secure but was also easy to use and integrate with its back office and logistics systems. The solution had to guard against fraud and be visually compelling to tell the brand’s story of television picture superiority.
